Puttu powder is mainly made by adding grated coconut layer by layer to
coarsely ground rice and consequently steaming this mixture in a
cylindrical vessel.
It is highly popular in India and especially in many parts of Kerala.
Puttu powder principally consists of roasted rice powder.
