Murukku is one of the most loved South Indian snacks all around the country. In one way you
can say that it is the South Indian cousin of the Chakli which is a popular snack in Maharashtra
as well as Gujarat. Though the basic way of preparation is similar, murukku have many
variations due to the use of different ingredients or in respect to their proportions.
Murukku is a deep fried snack which is crispy in texture and crunchy in eating, its main
